Accident Procedures
Immediately notify law enforcement, your NCOIC, and the GSA Fleet Manager. Complete all required forms (SF 91, SF 94) and submit them within 48 hours. See Chapter 4 and the Accident Reporting Procedures section for full steps.
Fuel Guidelines
Use only regular unleaded (87 octane) unless otherwise noted for your vehicle. Use your assigned Wright Express (WEX) card and enter accurate mileage at the pump.
Lost Items
Report it immediately to your NCOIC. You may be held financially responsible, and a counseling will be initiated.
Overnight Use
Only if Domicile-to-Duty (DTD) is approved in writing by the Battalion Commander. DTD is granted only for mission-essential reasons such as early MEPS transport or late returns—not for daily commuting.
Parking Guidelines
GSA vehicles must be parked at your assigned duty location or armory unless you have prior written approval from the Battalion Commander. Requests for alternate parking must be submitted through your chain of command.
Passenger Policies
Only authorized personnel related to the mission. Transporting friends, family, or unauthorized passengers is not allowed.

Each vehicle must contain a Dispatch Binder including: 1. DD Form 1970 2. DD Form 518 3. GSA Dispatch/PMCS Record 4. SF 91 5. Fuel card instructions 6. GSA Car Wash Policy

No. GSA vehicles are for official use only. Personal errands and convenience stops are strictly prohibited.
