1-3. General
a. Government -owned and/or leased vehicles will be used for official business only in
accordance with AR 58 -1 guidelines. The use of GSA -leased vehicles is a benefit that must
be closely monitored to preclude fraud, waste, and abuse. Since all members of the RRB
have occasions to use these vehicles, it is imperative that all levels of management enact
procedures to ensure proper care and use is provided.
