2-2. Official Use of GSA Leased Vehicles
a. The use of GSA vehicles is restricted to official use only. Unofficial use is strictly
prohibited. Official use constitutes travel essential to the successful completion of the
military mission and consistent with the purpose for which the vehicle was acqu ired.
Misuse is prohibited.
b. Replacement of non -mission capable vehicles due to misuse requires a release
memorandum from the BN Commander to the S4.
