4-4. Incident Reporting and Investigation Responsibilities
a. Operator Responsibilities
(1) Notify FHP, county, or local authorities before moving the vehicle from the
accident scene. Notify the NCOIC, State Safety Officer, and JAG by phone or e -mail within
24 hours.
(2) Initiate the Accident/Incident Checklist (Appendix 2).
